At Catamount Case Management, we believe that the employer-employee relationship can be sustained and creative problem-solving can result in optimal outcomes. Early and open communications involving the parties, the VR Counselor and medical providers can achieve remarkable outcomes. Medical progress, and job accommodation can restore the employee and control costs.
When returning to the initial job is not possible, the same proactive approach allows us to develop appropriate training and rehabilitation goals through a collaborative process to restore the injured worker to suitable work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
